Pros
- Pay was great, but they laid us all off anyways, so I guess it didn't count for much - $15 lunch GC was cool on Wednesdays - Getting gifts and swag
Cons
- Leadership was pretty bad, my manager gave us zero direction and training was minimal and sitting on one person's shoulders - We were sold on the idea that the culture was fun and exciting, what I found was extremely cold and impersonal. It may have been that they hired so many new people so quickly that there was no time to get to know each other, or that my boss just didn't have the skills to make a cohesive and friendly team out of people who wanted to be a team. - Ambiguity. Imagine being in marketing and having no concept of what you goals and numbers are, even after asking. I was just making up my own goals with no information on what the needs are.
