I don't ha e any cons

Work from home. Bulk of work is answering emails. Phone calls are usually under 5 minutes. Ease of requesting leave and schedules.

No knowledge base. Extremely poor communication. Disorganized. No benefits. Unpaid OTs. Some employees overpaid but it seems they are not working according to their salaries. Payday is always stressful due to no proper payroll system. Lousy local partners.
