Good family business - Regional Sales Manager Seneca Direct Employee Review

The atmosphere is highly positive and is run like a small family owned operation. I get to travel everyday, enjoying my lunch out on the wooded forest is I choose too. I always look forward to working on Monday and spending time constantly meeting new people from all backgrounds of life. The pay base is solid and commissions are uncapped so you have the chance to make as much as your abilities allow! Flexible schedule and full access to upper management.

Work-Life balance can be challenging but manageable.

Not a damn one....The only take away are some really good people work here, and worked here,

The "owner" is naive and incompetent. It is like a high school atmosphere. If you are Facebook friends with ex employees, she will "ask" that you unfriend. The company is used like a private bank for the owner. No money for raises, or real bonuses, but plenty for personal use on their part. We are required to work crazy hours, which is OK if you are getting paid. We are delivery drivers classified as outside sales. I imagine this is done to not pay overtime. Inventory control is a disaster. And it is always the reps fault. The atmosphere is one that you are set up to fail. There is a point system, like something you see in pre-school. If you get a certain number you are docked a days pay and required to work Saturday.
