      Great tight knight group of recruiters, account managers, and upper management. Competitive pay and awesome compensation structure.

      Cons

      Its busy - not really a con but, if you are not ready for the best to be expected of you. Might not be for you.

      Pros

      They have some good people working here.

      Cons

      Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..
