*The team and work environment is fun! *Very little micromanagement *Management cares about your career- our leadership team works to coach the people who have the drive *growing company allows for lots of room for career growth and room for financial growth
Cons
*not really a con- but anyone who joins should be expecting a fast paced work environment *again, not really a con- but this is not a 9-5, this company has goals for continued success and only wants individuals who share the drive and motivation.
