Truly supportive leadership that listens and acts. Collaborative teams with a positive, respectful culture. Clear goals, transparent communication, and a sense of shared purpose. Great work–life balance and flexibility. Plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on meaningful projects.

Not so much comes to mind in terms of negativity. I joined in a role that was new to the company and new to me so we both learnt as we went.
