SMA is a great home to grow! I call it a home because I don't want to leave. I am challenged to stretch and grow on a daily basis and have had the amazing mentorship of the SVP of Marketing. The SVP of Marketing and the CEO have created an environment where it's okay to fail and make mistakes - because that's how you learn. This is an environment that fosters learning and encourages us to build up our employees & our peers. In the 5+ years I've been a part of this team, I have grown my skills significantly and have learned to manage and have grown my own team. This team and company is unlike any other team I've been a part of in my career. Everyone works together to achieve our common goals and it's really an awesome thing to witness first hand. The SVP of Marketing makes it a point to make us feel valued on a daily basis and will go to battle for you. I've never had a manager that truly cares the way she does. Likewise, the CEO and leadership team greatly value family and they make sure you have that work-life balance. I am planning to start a family in the next few years and I feel so blessed to have found a work home that supports that dream and helps transition you into a working parent.

Like everywhere, you have days where you get frustrated and stressed out. We work extremely hard. But to having a team that always has your back & helps you rally is the best kind of support.
