Please think twice before accepting a job here. I was a CNA and left because the environment was toxic and unsafe. The Executive Director constantly gossips about staff, causing a lot of unnecessary drama. The Health and Wellness Coordinator is disorganized and not honest, which makes it hard to trust anyone in leadership. There’s blatant favoritism. One med aide is allowed to choose where she works. She's never working in memory care, only assisted living. She also talks mad crap about her coworkers. You'll know exactly who she is by the way she's always bouncing around the community faster than a jack rabbit. If you get stuck working in Memory Care as either a med aide or caregiver, you’ll be alone caring for 10+ residents, most of whom are total care. It’s exhausting and unsafe for both staff and residents. I left because I couldn’t handle the stress and lack of support anymore. Please be careful if you’re considering this place.
