Awful work environment - Business Executive SeniorBridge Employee Review

The corporate office believes that all markets are the same, selling the same service as other private duty companies but charging $3 per hour more, a lot of the care givers are lazy thieves and management knows but sweeps it under the rug, management pits staff against each other, no work life balance at ALL even though they claim it's important to them! HA!, sales management is a JOKE from corporate all the way down!, health benefits are cheap but awful, most Dr's won't take it because Humana does not pay!, unethical, lacking business morals, all about the money and could care less about the client, hostile work environment 100%, job security depends on who's clique you're in- very high school like, constantly raising the bar to unrealistic goals... Advice to others; the salary sounds great but these people will rob you of every ounce of happiness, and sanity you have.... RUN, don't walk in the opposite direction and if your like the rest of us who bought into the bull, then get your Xanax rx ready.. you're gonna need it!
