The leadership and training is valuable.
Cons
Their corporate headquarters in NY does not understand the dynamics of the Chicagoland market. Chicago is extremely over-saturated with home care agencies and SeniorBridge needs to implement a marketing campaign that includes all media sources to remain competitive. They do no advertising on tv, radio or print. Social media would also provide a boost! They also need to correct or investigate several negative reviews as those seen on YELP, very damaging and not always true.
