This is a small company pretending to be bigger than it actually is. Their HR has a facade of professionalism that you find in any large MNC but be warned because they operates under a hire and fire attitude. The employee's future, career etc has no place in the company's mind. The CEO comes 3 times a day and asks every employee their progress and if he isn't satisfied for a few days HR will start threatening to fire you even if you just joined. They will make multiple employees compete for the same role and are open to firing or forcing salary cuts on the one who can't keep up. The company is totally dependent on the whims and imagination of the CEO. There is no process, no feedback, no commitment to helping you. your job is as stable as the opinion of the CEO. Favouritism and office politics is extremely rampant. Any small thing you say can be passed on to the owner by your colleagues.
