      One of best companies I've worked at with great Team Culture where everyone is helpful to support everyone/departments be successful.

      Was high turn over of management and Quality Eng. but getting better with great plant and operations management

      - good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

      Cons

      - some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
