      Fun company, great opportunities to be creative. Lots of room to learn and grow with the business.

      Cons

      Work solo, which can be great if you like to be on your own. Pay is okay but not up to par with standard.

      Pros

      You can create your own hours and schedule. The work is rewarding. It can be as face paced or as slow as your preferences call for. You meet a lot of great families! You can network, the families that use the service are diverse in their race, age, and employment fields!

      Cons

      Sometimes the work isn't as steady as you may like it to be. Scheduling can get crazy, once you build relationships with more families.
