Pros
There are SOO many PRO's, it is hard to know where to start. First and FOREMOST, their HR Director is hands down the most professional and true Ambassador for this Company. From the interview/recruitment process to active employment, his professionalism and dedication to this Company and my professional growth with Sensient has never waivered. The Director's positivity is contagious. Next, is the accessibility and helpfulness of everyone at Sensient. I am lucky enough to work in the Administrative Office with the General Manager and most of the Directors. Never once have I seen or experienced any of them unwilling or too busy to help anyone, no matter how big or small the task is. The Leadership Team at Sensient Natural Ingredients is a very impressive group and as a group lead by example, which is impressive. Benefits are AMAZING.
Cons
Cons are what you make them, I choose to make them Pros. It is all in perspective. You are given lots of opportunities to grow within the Company. Some see that as high work volume, I don't. I see that as opportunity for personal and professional growth.
