Pros

Coworkers are really nice. Also, scheduling is flexible.

Cons

Unsafe and unpleasant work environment. Company has no culture of safety. They don't obey safety laws or train their workers on safety. Workers' concerns regarding working conditions are always ignored. They don't take any precautions to have a tolerable work environment, ie. no ventilation to control outrageous heat and humidity in facility. Most people quit soon for this reasons.

Good projects, great facility and infrastructure

Have to wear formal, communication with other departments might be difficult.

Pros

My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

Cons

The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
