Pros
I haven't been with Sensient for a long time hence I do not have much to contribute here, however there are 3 things that come to mind. a) Love the Culture - FREEDOM to LEARN. I have virtually no limit to learn. No one stops you from learning. No restriction on this whatsoever. My supervisor is a very well experienced and seasoned professional who'll ask me to do things, encourages me to try new avenues, doesn't pester if my approach takes awhile to get there. b) Co-workers & Colleagues - SUPER COOPERATIVE. Needless to say, they are outstanding. Right from Day-One they've been very very helpful. Everything right from me stepping in the Office till date I have been welcomed, cared for, taught, supported. Everyone is working real hard and yet each individual will find time for you, will help you in every possible manner to ensure that work gets done! At the end of the Day - You feel like an extended family! c) Work - DAY IN & DAY OUT: LEARN. I have an opportunity to improve myself. I knew this even before I joined. I was explained during my Interview itself that you'll have every opportunity to do EVERYTHING! They are true to their WORD! I am doing everything right from A to Z, in-short Farm to Fork kind of an activity which allows me umpteen opportunity for learning & growing.
Cons
So far I do not have any major concerns or observations as such. That being said, I believe there is still some good opportunities for improving on knowledge sharing & cross functional interactions over and above the Induction Sessions.
