Pros
Customer focused mindset. A very flat organization which allows upper level management to be very involved and accessible. An entrepreneurial mindset that encourages creativity and new ideas. A diverse company with divisions in multiple different industries and facilities in many geographical locations which provides opportunity and room for growth.
Cons
Not many cons to mention. There are definitely some synergies that could be recognized by leveraging processes and learnings between business units / facilities but there is a plan in place to start addressing this.
