Professional, care about people, there are always opportunities for professional growth, new projects all the time to participate, competitive salaries versus the market. Training is always available to fulfill professional needs. Onboarding. Stability, ownership to do the Job. Carrier path.
Cons
Sometimes is difficult to know what kind of improvement projects are running across all the company and how to participate in them. IT support is very impersonal, just 1 person to give service to several users at least in my location. Sometimes is difficult to understand how corporate and group is define by positions, responsibilities and names. I think some of authorization are too much bureaucratic.
