Cons
- They have almost no corporate direction. Everything is done on the fly. The corporate "direction" changes faster than the wind and you are left spending hours and hours gathering information or completing projects that never get utilized or even looked at. - They subtract Long Term Disability directly from your pay cheque as a "plant-wide" deduction which, if added up for the whole year is approximately 2 weeks of after-tax pay. In my case it was $95.09 deducted per pay cheque. - There are no official personal sick days for illness or a child's illness - you are either deducted pay or use your vacation days.
