It's the worst company I ever work for. There is no respect for the employee. Everything you say to RH people goes directly to your manager. Personnal life and work balance is not the best. No initiative is accepted. Some of managers don't hesitate to threat the members of their teams. The company tries to show as modern and open but in reality it's not the case. Once you're hired you're no longer precious. Do yourself a favour and don't go there. You can do better.
