As the HRD , I thought about your review for sometime, as I was not in Sensyne Health in the period you refer to. I`ve decided to respond because I think the business has developed hugely since then and is very different to your experience as described . We have revised many of the roles in the leadership team and populated them with deep experience in Life Sciences , Tech and Pharma. The process is still active as we continue to build the company through these challenging times . We have revised our salary and benefits package inc share options to make the rewards of working for SH attractive . Looking to the future we will be developing with our colleagues ,the "softer" elements of the working for SH experience , learning from some of the missteps that occur sometimes in a start -up . Very rarely does a company get everything right first time around , the trick is to learn which is exactly what we are doing in SH - we ARE building a positive workforce experience and we will continue to focus on great outcomes for our clients , patients , clinicians etc
