      Great work culture. Management really care about their staff. Great collaboration and knowledge sharing between team members Ability to work in and learn new technologies.

      Pros

      Started working for Sentaca in Jan 2017. Great combination of technology, compensation, and fun/engaging work environment. Services business model with changing roles/responsibilities keep the job "fresh", and don't get stuck on long product lifecycles. Company is rapidly growing, which makes it even more fun. Flexibility to work from home, when required.

      Cons

      Coffee could use an upgrade.
