Pros
Okay pay, Okay benefits, good as a first job, if you have no other options or for people who enjoy documenting and justifying their every move?
Cons
Un-necessarily stressful (every decision is life-or-death), Management by fear, Micro-management (Bathrooms are not safe), Rampant un-professional behavior, company expects dedication and flexibility but offer none in return, not a good long-term career decision for most, not for professionals who expect professionalism. They've fired someone only weeks away from retirement and took their retirement away. Expect that when they say employment is at-will, they mean it and they will always make you aware of that.. They rely on known in-accurate reports to allow them to fire you at will with justification. If you cross any management best believe they will have a report they can and likely will fire you for.
