Fun work environment. You work closely with all departments. Tight knit community. They give you all the tools needed to be successful. Good pay as well and incentives!
Cons
The company is still experiencing change. Not that they didn’t adapt well, but it took some time to adapt. Not much communication and weeks prior to being let go… I could see avoidance. People would be less communicative and they were also doing rounds of hiring. During interviews, my team would go in to interview and I wouldn’t be asked to join…. Just subtle hints at me realizing they no longer wanted me. Almost like a bad GF or BF that was afraid to break up …. They just stayed away. It was not the best feeling. Also witnessed the president of the company inviting people to his home for a team gathering ( directly in front of me ) and never coming over to me, just making obvious what he was doing. I thought that process could have been handled better.
