You will not regret it - Operations Manager Sentien Employee Review

Although it is a step out of my comfort zone, working at Sentien taught me a lot (and there is still much to learn). I have to deal many interesting problems, but I have everything I need to solve them - autonomy, freedom to make my decisions, and the support of the whole team. Working at a startup forced me to focus and prioritise, do only what makes sense and filter out unnecessary tasks. Last but not least, I have a chance to potentially influence millions of people, to build something new from scratch, that is incredibly exciting and makes me think positively about the future.

It is hard. You have to learn from your mistakes, you have to take responsibility, you cannot hide behind a wall of processes and complicated decision trees. If you are looking for an easy and calm job, where you can float comfortably through your career, look elsewhere :)

An open-minded environment with cool people and a friendly atmosphere. I know I can share my feedback honestly and that people will listen. We want to grow together and move things forward. Is it hard? Yes... Is it sometimes chaotic? Yes... Is it worth it? Absolutely yes! If you are looking for a 9-5 job with your boss telling you everything you should do then don't apply here. If you look for a career where you will grow and learn every day, have real options to build your team and you want your teammates to be someone you want to have a beer with after work then Sentien should be your choice.

I don't see anything as cons. If there is something I don't agree with I just share it and we are trying to find solution.
