Product difficult to sell, well funded competition

Excellent benefits, great communication within the team, and amazing office locations are but a few more reasons why this company is amazing to work at it! If you want to be an active hands-on employee that still is allowed to have a healthy work/life balance then Sentio is a perfect fit for you.

The company is currently in a growth period which means that the transition from small business to actual professional company has been difficult getting up to speed. It's the growing pains of a small company turning into a large one. Basically, if you have an ego, think that you're always right, don't like pitching in, and listen to your coworker's input then this is not the place for you! The only other "con" per se is that the founders need to take a more active role in the day to day guidance/communication to the team. I think it's more that they were used to a small business with less of a leadership role/need for involvement prior.
