Poor pay and overall poor conditions - 2nd Officer Sentinel Marine Employee Review

For UK nationals the pay is very poor compared to other companies. The pension is terrible. You have to pay for your own training and courses. Travel is poor. Everything is done as cheaply as possible regardless of safety and regulations. Overall this company do not seem to care about their UK crew at all.
