28 days on and 28 days off rotation is good.

For UK nationals the pay is very poor compared to other companies. The pension is terrible. You have to pay for your own training and courses. Travel is poor. Everything is done as cheaply as possible regardless of safety and regulations. Overall this company do not seem to care about their UK crew at all.

28 days on, 28 days off. paid for time on the ship and time at home. Bonus involved depending on which vessel you're on

away for full 28 days with no time ashore if youre only on standby
