Pros
Ability to work remotely, flexible schedule, no micromanaging. You need to be a well-trained and seasoned property manager for this position. I absolutely loved my job here.
Cons
Lack of trust in employees, have to use your own vehicle with no reimbursement for expenses, lack of financial support on the property management side, nepotism, lack of professionalism and experience regarding employee management, no benefits.
