Great people to work with. Friendly. Outgoing staff. Fun gigs. Mostly local gigs. Get to meet people in community. If just starting out in photography it's a great way to practice your craft while improving people skill. Great way to get your name out to the community. Perfect for someone in college or just out of college looking to get into photojournalism.
Cons
Pay is too low. I only gave the company three starts for an overall rating simply based on pay rate. Otherwise, the company is 5 stars.
