Pros
Starts off seeming like a great place to work, with lots of emphasis on “culture” but once the fairy dust settles you start to realise how unpleasant this agency is. Free pizza and drinks after work occasionally is good but not worth selling your soul for. You can see a few people are trying to change things and make it a nicer place to work, but problems come from the top-down so this will never last. Career advancements for select very few favourites (all men) so don’t fool yourself.
Cons
Expectation is to work extra hours every day and if you don’t, you are seen as not a good worker. Then they start to bully and break you down in subtle ways over time. Words are twisted, you feel gaslit and confused. High staff turnover, lots of women have left in the last few years. Uncomfortable atmosphere in the office, weird and creepy jokes. Avoid
