Some supportive colleagues and they are working on being diverse and inclusive.

The workload can be difficult and unrealistic, with KPIs that are hard to achieve. Decisions about work priority sometimes seem based on whim as opposed to any actual thought or analysis. The onboarding/training is not sufficient for the work required. New starters are mostly left to figure things out on their own. Management and HR show limited empathy, and employee wellbeing doesn’t feel like a priority. Decisions about progression and opportunities often seem based on who you know rather than performance.

If you want to be surrounded by vipers and watch your mental health deteriorate, join this place. Management pays next to nothing and treats people with zero respect. They respond with condescending tones, ignore concerns, and create a culture of passive aggression and silent hostility. The entire environment is toxic — emotionally draining, demoralising, and unsupportive. There’s no sense of teamwork or appreciation. The tech lead is passive-aggressive, sarcastic, and constantly undermines people. Feedback is never constructive — just eye-rolls and condescension. It feels like they’re waiting for you to make a mistake just to cut you down.
