Travel is nice but no work life balance - Installation Technician Sentrillion Employee Review

Pay isn't comparable to the Industry standard and they use per diem as a calculation to your pay to avoid paying employees more. No work life balance, they have u travel 3 weeks out and 1 week home constantly, so don't expect a home life. Oh sometimes they like to extend you with no incentives either so yeah expect 3 weeks to a month away from home with 1 week home. No room for growth, installation technicians are never let to move around internally due to the essential employee freeze they keep just on us , so don't expect to go anywhere in the company besides installation technician. There's alot more that can be brought up.
