Typical to have a couple high performing employees carry the team or pick up slack of the bad attitude/bad work ethic with little or no difference in pay. Do not take care of their site field and management personnel. Low pay - even according to their own pay scale, your position rate and what you are paid are $5-$10/hr difference & low per diem. Benefits package was changed to having worse benefits at higher expense to the employees. “Merit based..” but extra effort/above and beyond professionalism/extraordinary results are rewarded or treated the same as lower performance/effort/execution. Lacking uniformity of management for any kind of systematic operations, leading to inconsistent execution in safety, quality and production. This is due to ownership not investing enough time/resources into proper training for the management and field teams, so that there are actually processes in place for various tasks and circumstances to remain consistent from site team to site team.
