Pros

Some Girls HR is so supportive & friendly.

Cons

I'm HR in this Organization. all reviews are fake. They told employees forcefully to upload positive reviews about the company. I have applied for the HR Executive position and shifted kharadi only for the full time job. He gives me 3 months' training But 1 month later he is saying you are HR Intern And not giving me my salary in 3 Months & I'm working full time 9:30 to 7:30 and also working on Saturday & Sunday. I have completed my hiring target. After 2 months he is not involving me in HR Meetings and totally ignored me. I leave the job because I'm mentally exhausted also they don't give me the proper format of the certificate just looks like a copy past any ware. HR is working office boys work it's the worst thing I had seen ever. Most people are crying many times in this organization. Staying unemployed is far better than joining this poisonous company worst organization ever.

Pros

The company provides a strong learning environment for anyone looking to build practical experience in B2B marketing. I got hands-on exposure to real-time marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, lead generation, and campaign execution. The work culture is supportive, and team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects. One of the best parts was the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams, which helped me understand the complete business and customer funnel. The organization also offers exposure to various marketing automation and analytics tools, making it a good place to improve technical and strategic skills.

Cons

Since the company is in a growing phase, processes are still evolving, which creates opportunities to contribute and improve systems. The fast-paced work environment can sometimes lead to tight deadlines, but it also helps employees become adaptable and execution-focused. Responsibilities may expand over time, allowing individuals to learn beyond their core role. The workplace encourages proactive learning, independent thinking, and cross-functional communication. Overall, it is a good platform for professionals who want practical exposure, continuous learning, and real-world experience in digital and performance marketing.

Pros

No significant pros. The company mainly shows a positive lifestyle on LinkedIn that does not reflect the actual work environment

Cons

I would strongly recommend job seekers to think carefully before joining this company. From my experience, there is very little job security. The company frequently hires employees almost every month, but many candidates are kept on the bench without proper project allocation. This creates uncertainty and pressure for employees. Another major issue is that employees are required to submit their mobile phones and keep them in a locker during working hours. Because of this, communication becomes very difficult and the environment feels very restrictive. The working hours are also quite long. It is usually a 10-hour workday, and without access to your phone the entire day feels very hectic. The environment sometimes feels more like a call center rather than a professional IT workplace. The company hires candidates with around 2–3 years of experience but expects them to work on profiles that require 7–8 years of experience. Employees are expected to perform at that level immediately. If someone is unable to meet those unrealistic expectations, they may be asked to leave without proper notice. In some cases, employees travel from far locations to join the organization but later face sudden termination or salary deductions. Promises such as experience letters or proper support are sometimes not fulfilled. Overall, I believe these practices can negatively impact a developer’s career growth and confidence. I would advise others to do proper research and clearly understand the role and expectations before accepting an offer here. Please think carefully about your career before joining.
