Pros

No significant positives in my experience.

Cons

• The company hires candidates with 0–9 months of experience as trainees. • At the time of joining, HR promises a salary revision and that PF will start after six months. However, these promises are not fulfilled. • The company does not provide training to freshers before assigning them to projects. • Trainees are assigned to projects that typically require 8–10 years of experience, despite having little or no prior experience. • Project coordinators have limited technical knowledge, and management lacks a proper understanding of technical requirements. Projects are assigned to employees without considering their skills, experience, or technology stack. • There is no holiday in this company and all Saturdays are working days. • The company requires employees to submit their original educational mark sheets during employment.

Pros

The company provides a strong learning environment for anyone looking to build practical experience in B2B marketing. I got hands-on exposure to real-time marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, lead generation, and campaign execution. The work culture is supportive, and team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects. One of the best parts was the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams, which helped me understand the complete business and customer funnel. The organization also offers exposure to various marketing automation and analytics tools, making it a good place to improve technical and strategic skills.

Cons

Since the company is in a growing phase, processes are still evolving, which creates opportunities to contribute and improve systems. The fast-paced work environment can sometimes lead to tight deadlines, but it also helps employees become adaptable and execution-focused. Responsibilities may expand over time, allowing individuals to learn beyond their core role. The workplace encourages proactive learning, independent thinking, and cross-functional communication. Overall, it is a good platform for professionals who want practical exposure, continuous learning, and real-world experience in digital and performance marketing.
