Pros
Employees are great, menu is easy to learn and get the hang of, the work itself is standard and simple.
Cons
The general manager at this location hired her daughter as a shift lead turned assistant manager. The GM herself is a nice woman—easy to get along with, good at her job, stern where she needs and compassionate where she needs. Her daughter, however, routinely takes multiple 15+ minute breaks an hour to go smoke in her car and leaves employees in the store without a manager. Most of the conversation she offers during work is complaints about her coworkers, and just highly negative bad talk about them. Feels just like high school gossip. Highly unprofessional, makes working there emotionally and mentally exhausting for everyone. There is no HR at this company, at least not that the employees know of, so the only options you have are to suck it up and deal with a toxic and draining work environment, quit, or try to tell the GM that her daughter sucks.
