Pros
Great colleagues and team working experience, everybody was down to earth and you feel comfortable working there(not including management), good medical and insurance benefits.
Cons
Poor management and leadership -lack of transparency between manager and worker below -company management are too focused on staying under the wings of Airbus until they neglect the welfare of its employee. With recent pandemic situation coupled by pressure to keep Airbus support, they have resort to micro-managing and apply strategies of fear creation so that their subordinates do not slack.
