Indigenous company with a great vision to be top most oil and gas company in NIgeria. Will definitely become the best GAs producing company in Nigeria. Good community relationship.
Cons
Tribalistic tendencies, too many former Shell employee, poor career growth, God fatherism, poor treatment of local staff, too many qualified staff as contract staff, poor internal recruitment of qualified personnel.
