      Work life balance horrible do not work here if you have childrenunder 18, management is nasty, you have to know someone to get promoted, contract for new drivers is horrible.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
