Pros
Pay but money isn't everything in life if your ruining your body and health for it.
Cons
Work conditions and Hours are horrendous. If you have any dreams of moving up with your ideas for a better company forget they believe 1000% in Nepotism. They want robots they can control in supervisor or management positions no matter how many years of experience you might have had before joining Septa. Personally if you enjoy life look elsewhere and keep your sanity. I wasted 17 years before I saw the light don't make the same mistake I did.
