      Pros

      Pension, Healthcare benefits are a plus.

      Cons

      Toxic culture stuck in the 70s. Slightly (and only slightly) modernized version of Mad Men with recurring guest spots from The Office. Interspersed with this are good, dedicated people who earnestly believe they can improve the organization. Eventually these surrender and either quit or succumb to despair.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
