You can make good money if you can last that long.
Cons
Septa overall does not care about or backup their employees. Safety for bus, trolley and rail operators is non existent. Assaults against operators are daily occurrences. Physical threats, verbal threats, assaults, foul language and just plain ignorant passengers make most days miserable. No home or family life. High turnover. Job security sucks.
