      Summer's and holidays off. Awesome colleagues and an opportunity for growth. An opportunity to meet a very diverse group of people with a wealth of knowledge

      Disruptive students, parents and lack of communication from administrators. Can be quite challenging some times. Possibly of layoffs due to funding

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
