Small work environment no egos or politics and bleeding edge work.
Cons
Typical small company, leads to long hours. It comes down to what you value culture money, I have been offered very significant compensation packages from big companies and was bought once for 3 years, but I do not tolerated politics and lack of common sense, have done well in the land of start ups and small companies via stock options when I exit.
