Great culture but some corporate expectations misaligned - TBL Sequel Med Tech Employee Review

I was drawn to Sequel because of the mission and product, and I love working at Sequel because of the people. The leadership team has diverse experiences and backgrounds which has fostered an environment of innovation and inclusion. Each person here is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with diabetes. Overall the culture is kind, collaborative, transparent and biased to action. The company's fast growth creates lots of opportunities to grow and learn. I enjoy the flexible working arrangements coupled with opportunities to come together in person in groups for active collaboration.

This is a true startup, so to be successful you must be comfortable with ambiguity, change, and building everything you need from the ground up. I like this type of environment but recognize that it's not for everyone.

Fast paced company in an industry that is beginning to see significant innovation. Salary is competitive, 401k match, flexible PTO schedule. There are really smart people at the company dedicated to supporting people with diabetes

Start up growing pains persist. There has been some turnover and at times it seems hard for the field team to be successful. Benefits package could be better
