      the people were lovely, and everything felt structured.

      Cons

      I couldn't finish reading about my rights before working there, as they didn't give me enough time. They said it was fine for me to start working less, but then fired me for it.

      - Management were generally likeable and easy to communicate with. - Good allowance for independent working

      - Conflicts between staff poorly managed and made for hostile environment - Long hours, but is to be expected in this role - Low wages

      Great training, amazing working environment, helpful supervisors and flexible when i needed to change my contracted hours.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, More staff were needed when I was there.
