The people who make the decisions here have no idea what they’re doing. No clue. Zero leadership skills. Cutthroat. Expect you to always be on call and give your blood to them all for a sub par salary. Passive aggressive behavior and management style. Literally ZERO training or expectations. Micromanage you. Essentially no leadership or direction. They go wherever the wind takes them that day. Extremely unimpressed.
