Pros
- they promote from within, and are loyal to their staff. - beautiful product - integrity behind their work - growing client base - growing brand, increasing attention in press, boutiques, and privately owned stores - lenient about sick days and doctor appointments - always lots to do, will never be bored - incredibly talented and understand creative director - management is good at expressing gratitude and appreciation for hard work and positive results This company has it's ups and downs. It is not for everyone. With that said, I do not regret a minute of my time here. I believe like my skills were truly nurtured and my hard work did not go unnoticed. If you have a thick skin, are a are self-motivated person than this company could be great for you.
Cons
- "loosely" run, meetings never start on time, deadline dates do not mean much, direction comes from multiple areas and is frequently not in agreement with one another - sometimes work load is overwhelming, even for the most productive worker - required to work 2 Saturdays before every market. - family run busines, therefore family drama's - people allergic to animals should beware - takes a very VERY long time for things to happen when you need them, such as a raise, a desk chair, etc.
