Pros
Not one! not even a glimmer of hope.
Cons
Despite all the positive reviews that the employees were most likely forced to write attempting to cover up all the horrible reviews. This company has not changed . Although one of the owners (a sister ) has left the company do to family infighting , leading to major embarrassing family legal battles for everyone to see on the internet, it is still the same despicable, deplorable company it has become. The owner refuses to acknowledge the failings of top management who has led this company down the path of no return and into the ground. After all this time, the stench from unethical practices by senior management still lingers. I am living proof that this company will stop at nothing to take what it needs from you, then kick you to the curb without blinking an eye. The owner who is an extreme passive aggressive will lie straight to your face if its going to benefit her in some way or get what she wants from you. The owner and top management (VP) have antiquated ideals , pompous attitudes , bulling mentalities and don't realize actions have consequences . They don't realize that the internet is now a powerful tool which can help employees vent their frustrations when they have been treated badly by unethical employers such as Sequin. Sequins behavior, by its own doing, led to all the horrible reviews on Glassdoor by past and present employees , which are all spot on and not fabricated in any way. In addition to burning every bridge they can. they offer no apologies or regrets for the way they have treated employees and their attempt to sweep all their horrific behavior under the rug is pathetic!!! They view their despicable actions / behavior toward hard working ethical employees NOT as a missed opportunity and regret, but instead as a badge of honor and given half a chance, they would do it again. They simply don't know any other way. Until they make major senior level changes. there is absolutely no hope of turning this hell hole of company around and making it as success as it once was before all the talented employees left.
